Apart from being a counsellor and systemic practitioner (able to work with individuals, the family unit, couples and work place groups) I also offer training in understanding mental health; Attachment Theory, Breaking cycles, Self awareness and Traum鈥�

I know there are times in life when you feel you just can鈥檛 do it on your own anymore. There鈥檚 this place where you don鈥檛 want to be, and it hurts. It definitely hurts. And it won鈥檛 go away. It can really help to have someone there with you 鈥� when yo鈥�

I am a professional counsellor working with individuals and couples struggling with issues related to living and loving in a modern day context.   I run a general practice open to a wide variety of concerns, and have additional experience in the foll鈥�
