Many people come to therapy appearing capable on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside. This can feel isolating, especially if you鈥檝e carried it quietly for a long time. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, l鈥�

I am an integrated therapist, which means I have different ways I can support you, so if something isn鈥檛 working, or hasn鈥檛 previously worked, we can use that information to guide our sessions. I am qualified in several therapy modalities: a) Psychod鈥�
