I began my career back in 2004 where I trained as an integrative therapist with an instant liking to Transactional Analysis. Over the years I have trained and learnt many techniques and strategies whilst also researching theories and methods to enhan鈥�

A place/time to talk release and explore is fundamental in helping ourselves to have greater Psychological health and aiding our over all well-being, This is my main focus for clients, I offer therapy with additional tools, techniques, strategies and鈥�
