Hello, and welcome to my page.  My name is Sharon and I have been a counsellor for the past 12 years.   Finding the right counsellor can be daunting.  In fact life in general can be fairly daunting at times!  My aim as a therapist is to help you work鈥�

My approach: Simply put, the psychodynamic approach is about in-depth work that helps clients make sense of their unconscious thoughts and feelings, and understand how these might be sabotaging or impacting on their current lives. Past experiences th鈥�
