I have over 15 years experience helping people heal emotional pain and difficult life situations. I provide a safe and impartial setting where we can talk and think together about your situation and work through any difficulties that you may be expe鈥�

People come to therapy for many reasons. Sometimes something clear has happened - a breakup, pressure at work, family tension, or loss. Other times, it鈥檚 harder to explain: feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or not quite yourself, without kn鈥�

I understand that taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, and I believe finding the right therapist is an important part of that journey. I'm Maciej, a therapist based in Central London and South West London where I offer both face-t鈥�

Although I work predominantly from a person-centred perspective, my approach is integrative, allowing flexibility to meet each client鈥檚 unique needs. As a forces veteran 鈥� and also a forces child (鈥減ads brat,鈥� if you know, you know) 鈥� I have lived ex鈥�

I offer a warm and collaborative space where you can explore what is happening in your life with honesty and care. My approach is integrative and relational, which means we pay close attention to your lived experience, your history, your intersection鈥�

Welcome to my profile I鈥檓 guessing that if you鈥檝e arrived here that you have been suffering from unwanted feelings of anxiety, depression, loss, low self esteem or even unprocessed grief or trauma. We all need support from time to time and its hard t鈥�

My approach is non鈥慾udgmental, compassionate, and grounded in creating a safe therapeutic environment where you can be your authentic self.  I provide a space where will not only be heard you will feel that you are heard. You will be respected, and s鈥�

Prior to moving to the UK in 2009, I practiced in Cape Town, where I worked as a student counsellor at three different universities, as well as having a private practice. My areas of interest include individual therapy for adults for emotional diffic鈥�
