Reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially if you鈥檝e learned to cope alone. You don鈥檛 have to do that here. I work with children, teenagers, and adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, low, stuck, or impacted by trauma. This may include sex鈥�

There may be times in people's lives when issues or circumstances may feel overwhelming or insurmountable, leading them to feel anxious or depressed. This inner turmoil can lead to confusion and difficulty making decisions and in turn affect our per鈥�
