Hello I'm Sally and I am a counsellor based on the edge of the Cotswold, near Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and Evesham. I work with adults and young people, both in person and online. In person sessions are held in my Lotus Garden Room, a 鈥�

I work using both person-centred and psychodynamic approaches to therapy. In simple terms, this means I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, while also helping you explore how past experiences and relationship鈥�
