I offer online sessions at £60 per session.  Sessions are 50 minutes long and are one-to-one via video call (Google Meets) or telephone.  Sessions can be paid for via bank transfer or card payment.  Concession rates are available. 

I am a warm, open person who loves listening to people with a very sensitive and intuitive ear. I welcome all types of people who feel they would like to discuss or explore issues that are bothering them, whether this is going deep and detailed into 鈥�

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Existential Psychotherapy, which explores meaning, freedom, responsibility, and authenticity. This helps us look beyond symptoms to how you experience yourself, relationships, and the world. It supports reflection鈥�

I offer trauma focussed CBT,  integrative  therapies,  EMDR,  mindfulness, clinical supervision and other related approaches, on issues including Trauma, loss, bereavement, anxiety.  With over 25 years experience as a senior practitioner and clinical鈥�

My online practice is a safe space for you to talk through what is happening in your life at the moment. You may feel like there is one specific weight you are carrying today, you may be tired of carrying it alone. Or perhaps there are a number of of鈥�
